Before an ad goes live
Every listing passes automated checks for banned categories, duplicate flooding and obvious fraud patterns. Suspicious ads are held for human review instead of published-then-hopefully-noticed.
While you deal
Auction sheet verification lets buyers check an import's real history in seconds. Featured labels keep paid placement honest. Fixed, system-locked pricing means nobody can 'negotiate' fake fees in our name — and our Anti-Fraud page arms you with the street-level checklist for the physical deal.
Payments
Card payments run through a dedicated processor; we never see or store full card numbers. Feature activation, receipts and expiry are fully automated — no human in our office can grant, extend or 'unlock' anything for cash on the side.
When something goes wrong
Report any listing, user or message from the ad page or the Support desk. Fraud reports jump the queue; confirmed bad actors lose listings, features and accounts, and where crimes are involved we cooperate with law enforcement. The faster you report, the more buyers we protect together.
