We would rather be corrected than quietly wrong. This page is the front door for that.
What to report
Anything factual: a price that lags an official revision, a spec that contradicts the brochure, a glossary definition that misleads, a typo that changes meaning. If it made you trust the page less, it qualifies.
How to report
Open a support ticket (category: Report a problem) or email [email protected] with 'Correction' in the subject. Include the page URL, the incorrect statement and — gold, if you have it — a pointer to the correct source. Screenshots welcome.
What we do
The editorial team verifies against sources, fixes the page, and for substantive errors adds a dated correction note so the change is visible rather than silent. Reports usually get a human reply within a couple of working days, and genuine catches get our genuine thanks.
What this does not cover
Disagreements with a seller's listing (report the ad itself from its page), opinions about our features (Support desk, happily), or legal notices (see DMCA & Copyright for rights matters).
