Accessibility
Last updated · 13 July 2026
A marketplace for everyone has to be usable by everyone. Here is where we stand and where we are headed.
What we build for
- Readable text sizes and strong colour contrast throughout the interface
- Full keyboard navigation for core journeys — browsing, posting, checkout
- Meaningful labels and alt text so screen readers can follow along
- Layouts that hold together at high zoom and on small, low-end phones
- Fast, light pages that respect slow networks — accessibility includes bandwidth
The honest state
We target WCAG 2.1 AA as our benchmark. Newer sections meet it well; a few older corners are still being brought up to standard as we touch them. This page will keep saying so plainly until the gap is closed.
Tell us where it fails you
If any part of AutoOnes is hard to use with your setup — screen reader, keyboard, zoom, anything — email [email protected] with 'Accessibility' in the subject or open a support ticket. These reports go to the people who can fix them, and they genuinely change our priorities.
