Our auction sheet service carries one guarantee, and it has teeth: if we send you the wrong vehicle's record, you get every rupee back.

The promise, precisely

You submit a chassis number; we deliver the auction record for that chassis. If the report we deliver belongs to a different vehicle — mismatched chassis, wrong record — the report has failed and the fee is refunded in full. This applies to every report we sell, in PKR or USD.

What the guarantee does not cover

A correct report with unwelcome contents — lower grade, higher mileage, accident notes — is the product working exactly as promised. Likewise a chassis that has no auction record at all: absence of a record is a truthful answer (and where possible we tell you before charging, or offer manual verification instead).

How to claim

  • Within 7 days of delivery, open a support ticket or email [email protected] with your order reference
  • Tell us the mismatch — which chassis you submitted, what the report shows
  • We re-pull the record and verify, usually within 48 hours
  • Confirmed wrong: full refund to your original payment method, typically landing in 5–10 business days depending on your bank

Our track record

Wrong reports are rare because reports come straight from the auction house record for your exact chassis — but rare is not never, and when it happens the guarantee is automatic, not an argument.
