Buying a vehicle

Is it free to browse and contact sellers?

Yes. Browsing, searching and contacting sellers costs nothing and requires no payment details.

Does AutoOnes inspect the vehicles listed?

No. Listings are posted by sellers themselves. We give you tools to verify — especially auction sheet reports for imported vehicles — but the physical check is yours. Our Anti-Fraud page has a practical checklist.

What does the FEATURED tag mean?

The seller paid for extra visibility. It changes where an ad appears, never what we claim about the vehicle.

Selling and my ads

How long does posting an ad take?

About thirty seconds: photos, price, a few details, done. Your ad goes live after a quick automated review.

Why was my ad not published?

Usually a rules issue — wrong category, misleading details, or a vehicle we do not allow. You will see the reason in My Ads; fix and resubmit, or open a support ticket if you think we got it wrong.

Can I edit or remove my ad later?

Anytime, from My Ads. Sold vehicles should be marked sold so buyers stop calling you.

Featured ads and payments

What does featuring cost?

PKR 500 for 7 days or PKR 1,000 for 15 days, paid by card. Prices are fixed at checkout by our system — nobody can quote you a different rate.

When does featuring start and end?

Immediately on successful payment, and it expires automatically — no auto-renewal, no hidden charges. Your receipt arrives by email and your payment history lives in My Account.

Are featured payments refundable?

No. Featuring is a visibility service that activates instantly, so once live it cannot be refunded. See the Refund Policy for the full picture.

Auction sheet reports

What is an auction sheet?

The condition report Japanese auction houses create when a vehicle is sold at auction — grade, genuine mileage, accident notes and inspector remarks. It is the closest thing an imported car has to a birth certificate.

How fast is a report?

Usually instant. You get the original sheet plus a permanent link you can share with a buyer or seller.

What if the report is wrong?

If we deliver the wrong vehicle's record, you get your money back — that is our Money-Back Guarantee, and it is the one case where refunds apply.

Account and data

Do I need an account to buy?

No — only to post ads, save vehicles or buy featured placements.

How is my data used?

To run the service and for our own marketing (Google Ads, Meta, email; occasional important calls for the Pakistan market). The Privacy Policy spells it out, and Data Rights explains how to opt out or delete.

How do I delete my account?

Open a support ticket or email [email protected] from your account address, and we will remove it along with your ads.
