What we collect

• Account basics — name, email, phone number, password (stored hashed)
• Listing content — vehicle details, photos, price and the city you choose to show
• Transaction records — featured ad and report purchases (card details stay with our payment processor; we never store full card numbers)
• Support messages — tickets and emails you send us
• Technical data — device type, app or browser, IP address and usage events that keep the service working and fraud out

How we use it

First, to run AutoOnes: publishing your ads, connecting buyers and sellers, delivering reports, processing payments and answering support tickets.

Second, for our own marketing. We use contact and usage data to run and measure campaigns on Google Ads and Meta platforms, to send email updates about the service, and — for the Pakistan market only — to make occasional phone calls when something genuinely important concerns your account or a live deal. Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to stop calls at any time.

Advertising and your data

We show advertising on AutoOnes, including through Google's ad services, and we may build audiences from platform data to promote used-vehicle listings and AutoOnes itself. Ad partners receive the technical signals standard to their systems — never your password, and never your card details. Details and choices live on our Cookie Policy and Cookie Settings pages.

Sharing

We share data only with the processors that make the service run — payment, email delivery, hosting, analytics and ad platforms — each bound to use it for our instructions only. We do not sell your personal data as a product. We disclose to authorities only when the law properly requires it.

Retention and security

We keep data while your account is active and as long as tax and fraud rules require for transactions, then delete or anonymise it. Access inside the team is limited to people who need it; connections are encrypted in transit.
