Your data, your call. Every request below is free, and each goes to a human.
What you can ask for
- Access — a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correction — fix anything inaccurate on your account
- Deletion — remove your account, ads and personal data (transaction records stay only as long as tax and fraud law requires)
- Export — your data in a portable format
- Marketing opt-out — stop emails via the unsubscribe link in any of them, and stop calls by telling us once
How to make a request
Open a ticket from the Support page or email [email protected] — from your account email address, so we know it is you. Say plainly what you want ('delete my account', 'send me my data'). We confirm receipt, act within 30 days, and tell you when it is done.
If a request is unusually complex we may ask a clarifying question or take a little longer — but we will say so rather than go quiet.
Scope
These rights are honoured for all AutoOnes users — in Pakistan and anywhere else — in the spirit of modern data-protection law, including GDPR-style access and erasure. Where local law gives you more, local law wins.
