Terms of Service

What AutoOnes is

• A vehicle platform. AutoOnes hosts used-vehicle and spare-parts ads, a new-vehicle price catalogue, compare, free tools, petrol prices and Japanese auction sheet reports.
• The venue, not the seller. Ads are posted by users. Any sale is a deal between the buyer and the seller. AutoOnes is never a party to it and never holds money between them.
• These terms apply to everything. Using any part of AutoOnes, on the website or in any future app, means you accept these terms.

Your account

• Adults only. You must be 18 or older to create an account.
• One person, one account. Extra accounts made to get around limits or bans may all be closed.
• Keep it safe. You sign in with your email and password, or with Google. Keep your password private. What happens on your account is your responsibility.
• Keep it accurate. Use your real name, a working email address and a phone number buyers can reach you on.

Posting ads for vehicles and parts

• Only what you can sell. Post only vehicles and parts you own or have the right to sell.
• Tell the truth. Real photos, real mileage, real condition and a real price. No stock photos of a different vehicle.
• Every ad is checked. Our team reviews ads before they go live. We may change the category, ask for changes, decline or remove an ad that breaks these terms.
• Your phone number. The number you add to an ad is shown to buyers while “Show my number on ads” is on.
• You stay in control. Edit, mark as sold or delete your ads anytime in My ads.

Buying safely

• See it before you pay. Always check the vehicle or part, and its papers, before any money changes hands.
• Deal directly. Payments between buyers and sellers happen outside AutoOnes. We cannot refund or recover money paid to another user.
• Report problems. If an ad looks fake or a seller asks for money upfront, report it. We check every report.

Featured ads

• Always labelled. A featured ad sits in a marked spot at the top of results and always carries the Featured label.
• Starts instantly. Featuring goes live as soon as payment clears and ends automatically. Because it starts right away, it cannot be refunded once live.

Auction sheet reports and extras

• What a report is. A report shows a Japanese car's auction record: the grade, mileage and inspector's notes, with our English explanation.
• Delivery times. Most reports are instant. Manual searches take up to 24 hours. Translation, Deeper Scan and re-checks usually take about 30 minutes, and never more than 12 hours.
• Information, not a warranty. A report shows what the auction house recorded. It helps you decide, but it does not guarantee a vehicle's condition today.
• For your own use. Your report link is for you and the people you choose to share it with. Reports may not be resold or republished.

Payments and refunds

• Prices before you pay. Every price is shown before checkout, in rupees in Pakistan and in US dollars elsewhere.
• Secure payments. Card payments are handled by trusted payment processors. AutoOnes never stores your full card number.
• Refunds. Refunds follow our Refund Policy, for example when a manual search finds no record. Card processing fees may be deducted.

Prices, tools and information

• New-vehicle prices. Taken from the brands and kept up to date, but brands can change prices at any time. Confirm with the dealer before you buy.
• Tools give estimates. Calculators and running-cost figures are guides, not quotes or financial advice.
• Petrol prices. Official OGRA-notified prices, collected every night from public price reports and updated when they change.

What is not allowed

• Fake or misleading ads. Including stolen vehicles, false mileage, bait prices and duplicate ads.
• Scams and spam. Asking for upfront payments, phishing, or messages that are not about a real deal.
• Copying AutoOnes. Scraping, copying or reselling our catalogue, prices, reports or content without written permission.
• Harming the service. Hacking, overloading or trying to get around our security or limits.
• Anything illegal. Or anything that harms other people.

Content and ownership

• Your content stays yours. You keep ownership of your photos and ad text. You give AutoOnes permission to show and promote them while they are on the site.
• Our content stays ours. The catalogue, glossary, guides, report design, logo and the AutoOnes name belong to AutoOnes.

Our responsibility

• We work hard. We keep AutoOnes accurate, online and safe, and a person answers every support ticket.
• Provided as is. We cannot guarantee any vehicle's condition, any user's honesty, or that the service is never interrupted.
• Limited liability. As far as the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service the claim is about.

Suspending or closing accounts

• If rules are broken. We may remove ads or suspend accounts that break these terms. Serious or repeated abuse ends accounts.
• If you want to leave. You can close your account anytime on the Data Rights page. Some records are kept for legal reasons, as the Privacy Policy explains.

Changes and the law

• When these terms change. We update the date at the top. Important changes are shown on the site first. Using AutoOnes after a change means you accept it.
• Pakistani law. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. If one part is found invalid, the rest still applies.
