Terms of Service
These terms are the deal between you and AutoOnes. Using the site means you accept them — so here they are in readable form.
The service
AutoOnes is a marketplace and information platform: we host vehicle listings posted by users, sell featured placements, and deliver Japanese auction sheet reports. We are the venue, not a party to vehicle sales — the contract for any vehicle is strictly between buyer and seller.
Your account
You must be 18 or older. Keep your credentials to yourself; activity on your account is yours. One person, one account — parallel accounts created to dodge limits or bans may all be closed.
Listings
Post only vehicles and parts you genuinely have the right to sell, described honestly — real photos, real mileage, real condition, real price. We may review, edit categorisation, decline or remove listings that break these terms or the Acceptable Use policy, and repeat abuse ends accounts.
Payments
Featured ads cost PKR 500 for 7 days or PKR 1,000 for 15 days; auction sheet reports are priced at checkout. All prices are set by our system and shown before you pay. Payments are processed by our card processor; featuring activates immediately and expires automatically. Refunds exist in exactly one case — a wrong auction sheet report — as the Refund Policy and Money-Back Guarantee describe.
What we promise and what we do not
We work to keep the platform accurate, online and safe, but we provide it 'as is': we do not guarantee any vehicle's condition, any seller's honesty, or uninterrupted service. Auction sheet reports faithfully reproduce the auction house record; they are information for your decision, not a warranty of the vehicle. To the extent law allows, our liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us for the service in question.
The boring but real parts
You grant us a licence to display the content you post, for running and promoting the platform. We may update these terms; material changes will be visible on this page with a new date, and continued use means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. If any clause is found invalid, the rest stand.
