Japanese multinational automotive company Toyota Motor Corporation has recently revealed the teasers of a New Toyota Prius Reborn. The company will unveil the new hybrid on November 16 at the upcoming Los Angeles Motor Show. It shows that it appears Toyota is planning to launch a next-generation Prius in the USA. Teasers reveal that the new Toyota Prius Reborn is the sleekest and best looking in recent years as it is faster, more modern, and has better proportions than before.
New Toyota Prius Reborn Design:
The familiar profile in the teaser image confirms that the design language of the future 5th generation Prius is similar to its predecessor, with smooth body lines and a curved silhouette. The front look of the car is similar to the Toyota bZ4X with a sharp bonnet and sleek beautiful headlights. The side profile has a sharp beautiful body line along the length of the car. It also possesses dual-tone alloy wheels, body-colored door handles, and side mirrors. The rear side is more aerodynamic with sleek taillights.
When you step inside you will see the cabin is more elegant and roomier which gives you a peaceful feel. The interior is made of made black soft trims and black leather seats that much more resemble the previous generation. It has come with various innovative features and technologies and has four doors and a five-person seating capacity with ample legroom.
Powertrain and Performance of New Toyota Prius Reborn:
The company has not yet revealed any detail about its powertrain. It is expected that the upcoming car will use 1.8L Hybrid 2ZR-FXE engine, and possibly it is the first time it gets a 2.0L M20A-FXS hybrid version in the Prius. It is may come with AWD-e, an all-wheel drive system based on an electric motor, similar to the current 4th generation Prius.
Hops that the 5th generation Prius will be built on the improved TNGA-C modular platform, and will offer better technologies benefiting its hybrid and PHEV setup while further improving its safety system.
