This is a comparison article, today we compare two hybrid SUVs Haval H6 HEV and MG HS PHEV. Haval H6 is Pakistan’s first locally assembled hybrid electric vehicle (HEV), recently produced by the Sazgar Engineering Works Limited (SEWL). Specification and Range:


Haval H6 HEV comes with a familiar turbocharged 1.5-liter 4-cylinder petrol engine that is combined with an electric motor. The engine produced 240 hp horsepower and 530 Nm of torque. The H6 can accelerate from 0 to 100 kilometers per hour in about 7.5 seconds and its top speed is 180 Km/h. HEV also provides an impressive fuel efficiency of 18 kilometers.
While MG HS PHEV has a 1.5-liter turbocharged 4-cylinder engine, combined with a hybrid electric motor that generates 285 horsepower (hp) and 370 newton-meters (Nm). HS fuel mileage varies around 20-22 km. The HS has MacPherson struts suspension at the front and multi-link coil spring suspension at the rear, while the H6 has MacPherson struts at the front and an independent double wishbone suspension at the rear.
