YES Electromotive, a unique manufacturer of electric vehicles (EVs), took part in the Pakistan Auto Show (PAS) 2022, with a plan to introduce MUVA electric rickshaw in Pakistan. Luv Electromotive is an automotive technology startup based in Lahore, Pakistan is the exclusive manufacturing and assembly location for MUVA electric rickshaws. As per company officials, MUVA electric rickshaws are produced entirely from scratch in Pakistan at their cutting-edge factory in Lahore.
Muva Electric Rickshaw:
MUVA known as Modular Utility Vehicle Architecture covers a development program for light commercial vehicles. The indigenously designed, manufactured and engineered small-electric vehicle will function like a typical rickshaw. Muva Electric Rickshaw with zero emissions nearly seven times cheaper than a three-wheeler petrol vehicle.

The upcoming three-wheeler has an unconventional appearance with a bold and modern design. The stylish front look of the MUVA electric rikshaw features Projector LED headlights with various curves and routes. The front bumper has a dual-color combination and the Yes logo is integrated into the middle which gives it a powerful, sporty, and aggressive look that makes it different from other typical rikshaws.
When it comes to the side profile, The completely isolated side profile has stylish and smooth with simple character lines running throughout the length of the rikshaw. It has 12-inch tubeless tires, side mirrors, and doors with handles.
The interior of the Mova electric rickshaw is modern and more comfortable, covered in black leather and soft plastics. It has 4 people seating capacity with plenty of head and leg space. In terms of the powertrain, the all-new electric three-wheeler is front wheel drive and uses a 7.2 kWh Lithium Iron Phosphate battery connected to a motor that is capable of a 150km range. Muva Electric Rickshaw has a fast-charging capacity, you can also easily and quickly charge at home which can take only 2 to 3 hours to completely charge the vehicle battery fully. During this charging time, it uses only 7 to 8 electric units which is more cost effective than a conventional petrol rickshaw.

Muva Electric Rickshaw Price in Pakistan:
YES, Electromotive has not made a special announcement about the price of the Muva Electric Rickshaw in Pakistan but the expected price of Muva Electric Rickshaw is Rs. 1,000,000 (1 million) in Pakistan. Although the price of a Mowa rickshaw is higher, its running costs are seven times cheaper than a conventional petrol three-wheeler.
Booking of Muva Rickshaw by Yes Electric:
The company has not yet revealed the launch and booking date of Muva Rickshaw. According to Yes, the mass production of the Muva Electric Rickshaw will start at the end of this year. It is expected that the electric three-wheeler launch and booking will start in March 2023.
