Auction Sheet Verification Services:

  1. Wrong Auction Sheet:

    • If we send you an incorrect auction sheet, we will refund the full amount of your payment. Please notify us immediately if you receive the wrong information.
  2. Data Accuracy:

    • We provide the data exactly as it was recorded during the auction of your vehicle. This may include:
      • Auction summary
      • Pictures
      • Auction sheet + pictures + summary
    • No Refund will be issued if the data we provide matches what was recorded during the auction, regardless of the specific type of data (summary, pictures, or auction sheet).
  3. Change of Mind:

    • Once the verification process is completed, we do not offer refunds if you change your mind about the service.

Manual Auction Record Search:

  1. Record Found:
    • If we find any auction data related to your vehicle (e.g., pictures, summary, or auction sheet), no refund will be issued.
  2. Record Not Found:
    • If we are unable to locate any auction record for your vehicle, we will refund the amount after deducting any applicable bank fees.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be issued only via the original payment method used at the time of purchase:
    • If you paid via PayPal, the refund will be processed to your PayPal account.
    • If you paid via credit or debit card, the refund will be processed back to the same card.
    • For local bank payments, refunds will be issued to the same bank account used for the payment.
